Teachers involved in preschool and elementary education need to have all-round knowledge, as well as an understanding of children and the ability to teach appropriately according to the developmental processes of children of a wide range of ages. Moreover, not only the children themselves, but also the environment surrounding them is constantly changing, so teachers are required to have the flexibility, communication skills, and rich humanity necessary to respond to these changes.
